၁။ ဆရာခင်ဗျား အသက် ၅၂ နှစ်၊အမျိုးသားပါ covic ဖြစ်ပြီးတလပါခင်ဗျ Penicillin, sulfur, asprin ကို allergy ပါခင်ဗျ covic ကာကွယ်ဆေးထိုးသင့်မထိုးသင့်သိလိုပါတယ်ခင်ဗျ၊

၂။ အသက် ၅၂နှစ် မ ၁၉၉၀ ခုနှစ် နှစ်ကုန်ပိုင်းလောက်က ဆေးမှားလို့အလာဂျီဆိုးဆိုးဝါးဝါးဖြစ်ဘူးပါတယ်။ ကိုဗစ်ကာကွယ်ဆေး ထိုးရ မရ သိချင်ပါတယ်ရှင့်။

၃။ ဆရာရှင့် သမီးအမ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၃ နှစ်က gastroenteritis ဖြစ်‌ပြီး ဆေးရုံရောက်တော့ဆေးရုံက levofloxacin ထိုးမယ်ဆိုပြီး skin test လုပ်ပါတယ်ဆရာ skin testနဲ့တင်  Anaphylactic shock ရခဲ့ပါတယ် Burmeton Hydrocortisone Adrenaline ထိုးပြီး ICU တရက် HDU2 ရက်ဝင်ခဲ့ရပါတယ် အဲ့တုန်းက symptoms‌ေတွက‌ေတာ့ itching, rapid heart beat, swollen lip, periorbital oedema, vomiting, diarrhea, cramp, convulsions, abdominal pain, low palpable blood pressure, weak and rapid pulseဖြစ်ပါတယ် အသက်ရှူလို့ရတယ်ဆရာ ဆေးရုံပေါ်ဖြစ်လို့လားတော့မသိဘူးစတာနဲ့ oxygen ပေးလိုက်တော့ difficult breathing မဖြစ်ဖူး sodium, potassiumတွေ imbalance ဖြစ်တာတွ ICU တက်နေရစဉ်မှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ် အဲ့နောက်ပိုင်း ဆေးရုံဆင်းပြီး တလအတွင်းမှာ  ထောပတ်သီးစား Panzo D သောက်ပြီးနဲ့ Anaphylactoid reaction ရပါ‌ေသးတယ် အရင်ကလဲ pantocid သောက်နေကျပါ domperidone ကြောင့်လား ထောပတ်သီးကြောင့်လားမသဲကွဲပါ အဲ့တုန်းကတော့ Burmeton Hydrocortisone လောက်နဲ့သက်သာသွားပါတယ် လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၅ နှစ်ကလဲ အိမ်သုတ်ဆေးမှုတ်ဆေးအနံ့ရှိတဲ့နေရာမှာ ၁၅ မိနစ်ရပ်နေပြီး abdominal cramp, nausea, vomiting, diarrheaဖြစ်ပြီး unconscious ဖြစ်သွားတယ် emergency မှာ တင်ဆေးထိုးပြီး သက်သာလို့ပြန်ဆင်းခဲ့ပါတယ် အဲ့ဒါပထမဦးဆုံးအခေါက်ပါ Allergen test food,animal, pollen စစ်တာ negative ပဲထွက်ပါတယ် သမီးသိချင်တာက သမီးအမကို covid vaccine ထိုးပေးလို့ရမလားဆရာ သမီးတို့တအိမ်‌လုံး‌ေတာ့ထိုးပြီးပါပြီ Anaphylactic shock ဖြစ်ဖူးတော့ စိတ်ပူလို့ပါဆရာ အရမ်းလဲ covid vaccine ထိုးချင်ပါတယ်
