ကျမရဲ့ မိခင်က သားဥအိမ်ကင်ဆာဖြစ်နေတာပါ လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၃လပိုင်းတုန်းက အကျိတ်တွေ့လို့ ခွဲထုတ်ခဲ့ပြီးပါပြီး၊ ပြီးတော့ ကင်ဆာဆေးချိတ်ခိုင်းလို ၆ကြိမ်လည်း ချိတ်ခဲ့ပြီးပါပြီ၊ ဆေးချိတ်ပြီး လက်ရှိကို ကင်ဆာဆေးစားနေခဲ့တာ ၄လလောက်ရှိပါပြီ၊ အခု အကျိတ်က ထပ်ဖြစ်နေလို့ပါ၊ ဆရာဝန်ကို ပြတော့ ထပ်ပြီးခွဲစိတ်ရမယ်လို့ပြောပါတယ်၊ အကျိတ်က ဘာလို့ထပ်ဖြစ်နေရတာလဲရှင့်၊ ဘာဆက်လုပ်ရင် အဆင်ပြေနိုင်မလဲ လမ်းညွှန်ပေးကြပါဦးရှင့်

ဆရာရှင့် ကျမက လွန်ခဲ့တဲ့ ၅နှစ်က ဘယ်ဘက်သားဥအိမ်မှာ အလုံးဖြစ်လို့ ခွဲစိပ်ပြီး သားဥအိမ်တဖက် ဖြတ်ထားပါတယ် ကီမို 4 cycle complete ဖြစ်ပြီးကုသခဲ့ပါတယ် ခု ညာဘက်သားဥအိမ်မှာ အလုံးထပ်ဖြစ်လို့ ခွဲစိပ်ပြီး သားဥအိမ်ရော သားအိမ်ပါထုတ်ထားပါတယ် ခွဲစိပ်ပေးတဲ့ OG ကတော့ ဆီးအိမ်ဘက်နားပြန့်နှံနေလို့ Stage 2B လိုသတ်မှတ်ပါတယ် Biopsy အဖြေကတော့ Stage 1C2 လို့ပြောပါတယ် အဲလိုမျိုး အဖြေ ၂ခုက ကွဲလွဲတတ်ပါလားရှင့် ဘယ်အဖြေကိုအတိအကျယူသင့်ပါသလဲရှင့်

Ovarian Cancer Stages

Stage I: Cancer is confined to one or both ovaries

Stage IA: Growth is limited to 1 ovary with no tumor on external surfaces

Stage IB: Growth is limited to both ovaries with no tumor on external surfaces

Stage IC: Tumor is either stage IA or IB, but with tumor on surface of one or both ovaries

Stage II: Cancer has spread to the uterus or other nearby organs

Stage IIA: Extension and/or metastases of cancer to the uterus and/or fallopian tubes

Stage IIB: Extension of the cancer to other pelvic tissues

Stage IIC: Tumor is at either stage IIA or IIB, but with tumor on surface of one or both ovaries

Stage III: Cancer has spread to the lymph nodes or abdominal lining

Stage IIIA: Tumor limited to the true pelvis

Stage IIIB: Metastasis of abdominal peritoneal surfaces ≤ 2 cm. in diameter

Stage IIIC: Peritoneal metastasis beyond the pelvis > 2 cm. in diameter

Stage IV: Cancer has spread to distant organs, such as the lungs or liver
