မင်္ဂလာပါဆရာ ကျွန်တော်က နှလုံးအစို့ရှင် (အဆို့ရှင်)နှစ်ခု လဲထားပါတယ်။ အသက်က ၂၈ ပါ။ ယောက်ကျားလေးပါဆရာ။ ပြနေကြ(ပြနေကျ) ဆရာဝန်တွေနဲ့ပြဖို့အခက်အခဲဖြစ်နေလို့ ဆေးခန်းမပြပဲ သောက်နေကြဆေးကိုပဲဝယ်သောက်နေတာ လတော်တော်ကြာပါပြီ။ တလတခါလောက်တော့ INR စစ်ကြည့်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဆေးအဖြေလေးကြည့်ပြီး လိုအပ်တာညွှန်ကြားပေးဖို့တောင်းပန်အပ်ပါတယ်ဆရာ။ သောက်နေကြ(သောက်နေကျ) ဆေးတွေပါဆရာ။

Penicillin V  250mg မနက် ၁ / ည ၁

Maforan (warfarin sodium 4 mg )  ညနေ၅နာရီ
