မုန့်ချိုအိတ်ကင်ဆာ ဟုတ် မဟုတ် အတိအကျသိရအောင် ဘယ်လိုစစ်ရမလဲချင်ဗျ။ CT တော့ ရိုက်ပီးပီ (ပြီးပြီ) ခင်ဗျ

မေးခွန်းက ဆရာဝန်ကို မေးတာတော့ မဟုတ်ပါ။ ဖြေပါမယ်။ အမေရိကန်ဆေးပညာအရ တင်ပြပါမယ်။ ဒီစာထဲမှာပါတာတွေ အကုန်လုပ်မယ်လို့ မဆိုလိုပါ။ ကိုယ့်ကိုစမ်းသပ်ကုသပေးနေတဲ့ဆရာဝန်က အလိုအပ်ဆုံး စစ်ဆေးနည်းကို ညွှန်ပါတယ်။ ဖေ့စ်ဘွတ်ကနေ ဆရာဝန်မဟုတ်သူတွေဖြေတာက မှန်တာရော မှားတာပါ ပါလေ့ရှိတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်က စာကိုသာ ရေးတာ။

၁။ Medical history and physical exam ရောဂါရာဇဝင်မေးခြင်းနှင့် လက်နဲ့ စမ်းသပ်ခြင်း၊

၂။ Imaging tests ပုံရိုက်စစ်ဆေးနည်းများ

ရောဂါရှိ မရှိကိုသာ စစ်ဆေးတာ မဟုတ်။ ရောဂါက တခြားနေရာတွေကို ပြန့်နေ မနေကိုပါ စစ်တာဖြစ်တယ်။ ကုသနည်းရဲ့ ထိရောက်မှုကိုလည်း သိချင်လို့ဖြစ်တယ်။

- Computed tomography (CT) scan

- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

- Ultrasound

- Cholangiopancreatography

- X-rays 

- Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography (PTC)

- Positron emission tomography (PET) scan

- X-ray angiography
