ဆရာမင်္ဂလာပါ သောက်ဆေးတွေမှာပါတဲ့ 1bd တို့ 2tds တို့ရေးသားတဲ့ အဓိပ္ပါယ်အပြည့်စုံလေး ဘယ်မှာ ဖတ်ရှုလို့ရပါသလဲခင်ဗျာ။

တခြားသူတွေရေးထားတာလည်း ရှိပါမယ်။ ကျွန်တော်သိတာကိုသာ ရေးမယ်။

ဆေးစာအတိုကောက်များ

a.c. ante cibum before meals အစာမစားမီ

a.m. ante meridiem before noon မွန်းမတည့်မီ

ad lib. ad libitum use as much as one desires; freely ကြိုက်သလောက်သောက်

agit agita stir/shake လှုပ်သောက်ပါ

b.d./b.i.d. bis in die twice daily တနေ့ ၂ ကြိမ်

od/qd omne in die every day/once daily တနေ့ ၁ ကြိမ်

p.c. post cibum after meals အစာစားပြီးသောက်ပါ

p.o. per os by mouth or orally ပါးစပ်မှသောက်ပါ

PRN, prn pro re nata as needed လိုတဲ့အခါ

Dose ဒို့စ် = ဆေးကို တကြိမ်လျင် မည်မျှပေးရသည်ကို ဆိုလိုသည်။ ဒို့စ်သည် လူနာ၏ အသက်ပေါ် မူမတည်၊ လူနာ၏ ကိုယ်အလေးချိန် အပေါ်မူတည်သည်။ တကြိမ်လျင် ဆေးအလေးချိန်မည်မျှ တိုက်ရမည်။ တနေ့ကို အကြိမ်မည်မျှ တိုက်ရမည်၊ အတိအကျ ညွှန်းရသည်။ အစားနှင့်နီး-ဝေးရမည်၊ ရေများများသောက်ရန်လို-မလို၊ ဆေးသောက်ပြီး နားရန်လို-မလို၊ အခြားဆေးများ နှင့်အတူတိုက်ရ-မတိုက်ရ စသဖြင့်လည်း ညွှန်းပေးရမည်။

Course ကို့စ် = ဆေးကို မည်မျှကြာကြာပေးရမည်။ ပဌမ ကို့စ်ပြီးနောက် ဒုတိယကို့စ် လိုချင်လိုမည်။ ဥပမာ မေးခိုင်ရောဂါ ကာကွယ်ဆေးကို တလခြား နှစ်ခါထိုးရသည်။ တီဘီဆေးများပေးလျှင် ၃ လ၊ ၆ လ၊ ၉ လ။

Parenteral by injection or infusion ကိုယ်ထဲထိုးသွင်းပေးခြင်း

• IV = intra-venous သွေးပြန်ကြောထဲသွင်းခြင်း e.g. total parenteral nutrition

• IA = intra-arterial သွေးလွှတ်ကြောထဲသွင်းခြင်း e.g. vasodilator drugs and thrombolytic drugs

• IM = Intra-muscular ကြွက်သားထဲထိုးခြင်း e.g. many vaccines, antibiotics

• IC = Intra-cardiac နှလုံးထဲထိုးခြင်း e.g. adrenaline

• S/C = Sub-cutaneous အရေပြားအောက်ထဲထိုးခြင်း e.g. insulin

• IO = Intra-osseous infusion အရိုးထဲသွင်းခြင်း

• ID = Intra-dermal အရေပြားထဲသွင်းခြင်း skin testing some allergens, tattoos and BCG vaccine

• IT = Intra-thecal ခါးရိုးဆစ်ပြွန် စပိုင်နယ်-ကယ်နယ် ထဲသွင်းခြင်း spinal anaesthesia and chemotherapy

• IP = Intra-peritoneal ဝမ်းဗိုက်အခေါင်း ပယ်ရီတိုနီယမ် ထဲသွင်းခြင်း peritoneal dialysis
