Hepatitis B (ဘီ) ပိုး

ကျွန်မအကိုကြီးက B ပိုးပြရင်းနဲ့ ခါးကြီးပေါင်း(ကျီးပေါင်း)ပါရှိလို့ ကြီးပေါင်းင်း(ကျီးပေါင်း)ဆေးပါတွဲသောတ်ရပါတယ်ရှင် ခုတခါပြန်ပြတော့ သွေးစစ်တာ ASTများနေလို့တဲ့ဆရာ သွေးပြန်စစ်ရမယ်ပြောတယ်ပါတယ်ရှင့် ကျွန်မတို့က ဆေးပညာ ဘာမှနားလည်လို့ AST က ဘာလို့ စစ်ရတာလည်းဆရာ ကျွန်မအကိုကြီးက ၅၂နှစ်ပါရှင် အသတ်(အသက်) အရင်မပြောမိတာက စိတ်လောသွားလို့ပါဆရာရှင့်

Liver Blood Test အသည်းအတွက် သွေးစစ်ခြင်း အဖြေစာ ပို့လိုက်တယ်။

ဆရာရှင့် AST စစ်လို့နည်းနည်းများနေတယ်ဆိုရင် စိုးရိမ်ရလားရှင့်။ကျွန်မမေးခွန်းတွေ သိချင်စိတ်နဲ့ မေးမိတာမို့ အမှားလေးများပါရင်ခွင့်လွတ်ပေးပါရှင်။ကျွန်မတို့ကသွေးစစ်ရမယ်ဆိုတော့ ဘာမှန်းမသိ ရောဂါတခုထပ်တိုးပြီဆိုပြီး ကြောတ်နေရပါတယ်ရှင်

AST (Aspartate Transaminase) များနေခြင်းဟာ အကြောင်းခံအမျိုးမျိုးကနေ ဖြစ်စေနိုင်တယ်။ သည်းရောဂါလား စစ်ဆေးရမယ်။ တခြား နှလုံး၊ ကျောက်ကပ်၊ ကြွက်သားရောဂါတွေကနေလည်း  ဖြစ်စေနိုင်တယ်။ အများဆုံးဖြစ်စေနိုငတာတွေက hepatitis အသည်းရောင်ခြင်း၊ cirrhosis အသည်းခြောက်ခြင်း၊ mononucleosis ရောဂါနဲ့ even by medications ဆေးဝါးနဲ့ ထိခိုက်မှုတခုခုကြောင့် ဖြစ်မယ်။ လူနာတဦးမှာ အဲဒီစာရင်းပါ အကြောင်းခံတခုရှိနိုင်တယ်။
